About us
A clearer way to explore satellite internet
Who we are
Satellite Sync Services is a trade name of Shamshad Maci LLC, based in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY. We created this website to give people a simple starting point when the question is, “Can I get satellite internet where I am, and what should I know before I decide?”
What we do
We help visitors explore satellite internet options based on their location and needs. You can call us, check availability, or request information, and we will talk through what may apply and what each option typically requires. If you decide to sign up, we help you do so with a provider whose service is available where you are.
How we fit in
Satellite Sync Services is an authorized reseller of satellite internet services from one or more providers. We do not own or operate satellite networks, and we are not the service provider itself.
We do not charge customers directly. Your service agreement, billing and payments are with the provider, whose terms apply to your service.
How we are paid
We may receive compensation from providers when a customer signs up for their service. We aim to explain your options honestly whichever provider, plan or decision is right for you, including the decision not to sign up.
What we do not claim
Nothing on this website is a guarantee of coverage, speed, price, equipment or installation. Those depend on your location and the provider, and are confirmed with you before you commit.

How we work
Principles we hold ourselves to
Start with your location
What is realistic depends on where you are, so we ask about your ZIP code and surroundings before anything else.
Say what we do and do not know
We do not promise coverage, speeds, prices or installation dates that we cannot back up.
Put costs and terms up front
We encourage you to ask for the total cost, contract length and cancellation terms before you agree to anything.
Keep it simple
One phone number, short forms, and plain-language answers.
Let's find the right option for your location.
Tell us where you are and what you need. We will talk through the options and what to confirm before you commit to anything.
