Information we collect and why

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or financial account details. Please do not send it to us. Disclosure, sale and sharing

We disclose personal information to our own service providers for business purposes, and to the satellite internet providers we resell at your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Because we may be compensated by a provider when a customer signs up, the disclosure of your inquiry details to that provider may be treated as a sale or sharing under the CCPA in some circumstances. You may opt out of this as described below, and we will then not pass your details to a provider unless you tell us you want us to proceed. Where you allow advertising measurement through our privacy choices, tools such as Google advertising tags may use online identifiers in ways the CCPA may treat as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you do not allow them, those tags do not use advertising storage.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

How to opt out of sale or sharing

Select Your privacy choices in the footer of any page and turn off advertising measurement, or choose Reject non-essential. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as an opt-out request for that browser. To opt out of having your inquiry details passed to a provider, tell us when you call or in the message field of our contact form, and we will not pass your details to a provider unless you later ask us to proceed.

We will need enough information to verify that you are the person the request concerns, which usually means matching details you already gave us. Do not send sensitive information to make a request. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time allowed by law, and we may extend that period where the law permits.
