Withdrawing an inquiry

An inquiry is a request for information, not a commitment. You can withdraw it at any time by calling +1 (888) 846-9740 or using our contact form and telling us you no longer want to be contacted. There is no fee for withdrawing an inquiry.

Installation inquiries

Submitting an installation inquiry does not book an installation. If an installation date is later arranged, the terms for rescheduling or cancelling it, including any fee, will be given to you in writing before you rely on the date.

Cancelling a service

Cancellation terms for an internet service, such as notice periods, early termination fees, equipment return and final billing, are set by the provider and are part of the agreement you accept with it. Read them carefully before you agree and ask for them in writing.

To cancel a service you have already started, contact the provider directly. If you are not sure how, call us and we will point you in the right direction. We cannot cancel accounts held by providers ourselves.

Fees charged by Satellite Sync Services

We do not charge customers directly, so there is no Satellite Sync Services fee to cancel. If that ever changes, the cancellation terms will be disclosed before you pay and will apply to that purchase. Nothing on this page limits any right to cancel that the law gives you.
