We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of claimed infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. This website primarily contains our own content and does not host content uploaded by the public.

Sending a notice

A notice of claimed infringement should be in writing and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and where on this website it is located, such as the page address
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner

Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a written counter-notice with your signature, a description of the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may share it with the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will limit or end access for users who are repeat infringers.
