Installation Policy

Our installation form is an inquiry

Submitting an installation inquiry on this website does not schedule or guarantee an installation. We do not promise any installation date or time window. Any date is confirmed with you in writing before you should rely on it.

Who installs

Depending on the service, equipment may be self-installed or installed by the provider or its installers. Satellite Sync Services does not perform installations itself. Who performs yours, and who is responsible for the work, will be identified to you before you agree. Ask for the installer's name and what its terms say.

Site requirements

• A suitable location for the dish with the sky view the equipment needs
• A way to run cabling and a place for the equipment inside
• Access to power
• Safe access to the mounting location
• A structure that can support the chosen mounting method

Installation may not be possible at every property. Trees, buildings, terrain and structural limits can affect whether and how equipment can be installed.

Property permission

If you rent or live in a community with rules about exterior equipment, you may need written permission from the owner, landlord or association before installation. You are responsible for obtaining it. Always tell the installer if you do not own the property.

Responsibilities and damage

Ask the installer what happens if mounting causes damage, such as holes in a roof or wall, and how repairs are handled. Ask whether the installer carries insurance. Responsibility for the work is set out in the installer's terms, which you should review before agreeing.

Weather and scheduling

Weather, safety and site conditions can delay or prevent an installation. Rescheduling and cancellation terms, including any fees, will be provided in writing before you rely on an appointment.

After installation

Ask who to contact for equipment problems and what is covered. For an existing service, contact your provider for technical support.
