We do not charge customers directly. Your service agreement, billing and payments are with the provider, whose terms apply to your service.

You cannot buy anything or enter payment details on this website. Submitting an inquiry through this website is free and does not create a charge, so there is nothing for us to refund.

Provider and installer fees and refunds

If you sign up for service, equipment or installation, you pay the provider (or its installer) under that company's own terms. Any refund, return, trial or credit rights are set by those terms. They usually cover equipment returns, activation or installation fees, and billing credits. We cannot issue refunds on a provider's behalf and do not control its policies.

Before you agree to anything, ask the provider for the refund and return terms in writing, including any deadlines and any restocking or early termination fees. If you need help understanding them, call us.

If this ever changes

If Satellite Sync Services ever begins to charge a fee of its own, we will disclose the amount, what it covers and the refund terms in writing before you pay, and we will update this policy first.
