Using this website is not a service agreement

Browsing this website or sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. A service agreement exists only when you have reviewed written terms and clearly accepted them.

Who you are contracting with

Satellite Sync Services is an authorized reseller of satellite internet services from one or more providers. We do not own or operate satellite networks, and we are not the service provider itself.

If you sign up for service, your agreement for that service is with the provider, not with Satellite Sync Services. The agreement you are asked to accept will name the provider and its terms. We do not charge customers directly, and we do not become a party to your service agreement unless a written document says so.

We may receive compensation from providers when a customer signs up for their service.

What to review before you accept

• The company that provides the service and its contact details
• The monthly price, any promotional period, and when and why the price may change
• One-time costs such as equipment, activation and installation
• Taxes and other fees
• Contract length, renewal and early cancellation terms
• Data limits, speed management and other usage policies
• Equipment ownership, return and warranty terms
• Who provides support and how to reach them

You should receive these terms in writing, and you are free to ask questions or decline.

Provider terms control provider services

If you arrange service with an internet provider, that provider's terms of service and policies govern the service. In a conflict about the service itself, the provider's terms control. These pages do not change them.
